Basic Outline

Workout-  For the first month I'll be running a basic 3 day split.  I'll be doing compound movements like Bench, Military Press, Barbell Rows, Squats, Deadlifts, etc..  Workouts will last around an hour to an hour and a half depending on how busy the University gym is.  

Nutrition-  I'll be going with a 40/40/20 with my macro ratios, being 40 protein, 40 carbohydrates, and 20 fat.  Caloric intake will be +3700.  Filling the calories everyday is primary concern, closely followed by keeping the foods healthy.

Supplements-  I'm sticking with a pretty basic lineup of supp's right now. Whey protein twice a day on weight days, once on off days.  Multi Vitamin every day, along with fish oil everyday.  Finally, just to add a bit of finesse   I'm taking super pump 250.  Not vital to my diet or anything, it does help me make my workouts more intense.
